YV-ers have Spirit of Community

Congratulations to Prudential Spirit of Community Award Winners Jennifer Wright, Nick Hebert, Wendi Oppenheim, Jonny Cohen, and Rujul Zaparde. This group was recognized for their exemplary acts of volunteerism as changemakers in their communities.

This year, there are 102 state honorees. Each honoree receives $1,000, a medallion, and a trip to Washington, DC this spring. During the DC trip, honorees will visit DC monuments and meet with their state congressional representatives. Ten National Honorees will be named during the trip to receive an additional $5,000 award, trophy, and $5,000 to grant to the organization of their choice. The YV DC office hopes they all stop by to say hello during their celebratory trip to DC this spring! Way to go!
