Footlocker and DoSomething.org are on the hunt for athletes with more than just a great jump shot. They're looking for twenty rising college freshman who have demonstrated a commitment to their sports team, their communities, and to civic-minded service. Each will receive $20,000 in college funding.

This sounds like a great program that rewards athletes not only for excelling in sports but also community involvement. Civic minded service is so very important.
Does it mean that not all athletes have heart? Heart and mind will be good. Passion and ideas.
